Herbal support for the nervous system that includes an overview of how the stress response (HPA & SAS) can result in feelings of hopelessness, fear and anxiety. Followed by review of six nervine relaxants (chamomile, blue Vervain, passionflower, linden, skullcap, valerian) with specific dosage strategies for their use for stress management throughout the day, suggestions for improving sleep quality, and more.
